Description
Our client urgently requires bar staff for their newly refurbished hotel & conference centre. This boasts modern bedrooms along with high quality restaurant and bar facilities.
The hotel also provides versatile spaces for meetings, conferences, special occasions, weddings and parties.
This position is responsible for working in the bar and restaurant to achieve high levels of customer service.
Responsibilities
- General bar work: serving hot and cold drinks
- Cleaning and tidying up as necessary
Qualifications
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Bar, pub and/or restaurant work
- Mixology experience would be an advantage
The successful candidate will also be expected to maintain a high standard of personal presentation, good manners and politeness to all hotel guests and staff.
Experience of tending bars at weddings, functions and conferences will also be an advantage.
