Coepi Recruitment Ltd is looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant; we need an experienced Consultant to generate sales leads and drive the business forward.
Our main office is located in Swindon, with contracts across the UK.
We cover a range of sectors, including care, public sector, industrial, driving, hospitality, commercial etc.
The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in Recruitment
We are open to flexible/ hybrid working as a permanent or self employed member of the team
You will have a distinct advantage if you have a proven track record of securing both Permanent and temporary roles and have a strong knowledge of the recruitment market in Wiltshire & surrounding areas.
We are in the process of launching a new platform for recruitment and would expect the postholder to take the lead in rolling this out across the business
Coepi Recruitment can offer a competitive annual salary with a monthly bonus as well as open to self employed/ commission linked contracts if preferred.
- Ensure that standard policies, processes, and procedures record all Client and Candidate correspondence.
- Promote and demonstrate the core values and vision of Coepi Recruitment
- Ensure all Client specific billing requirements are reported to accounts accurately and on time.
- Maintain regular contact with Branch Clients and Candidates.
- Encourage cross-selling throughout the business, adding value to the services offered by your Branch.
- Assist staff in ensuring that all Ad-Hoc / Emergency bookings are matched with the most suitable candidate available within the shortest possible time.
- Arrange and attend regular service visits with existing clients to ensure high and consistent customer satisfaction.
- Work with your team to ensure challenging sales targets are delivered, met, and, where possible, exceeded.
- Facilitate regular Branch sales meetings.
- Motivate sales through appropriate and financially viable incentives.
- Work with your team to develop a diverse Client base through building successful relationships with new and existing Clients.
- Accountable for effectively managing the Branch budget.
